Job Description:
As a Dental Assistant at Bespoke Dental , you will play a crucial role in supporting our dental team and ensuring our patients have a positive experience. You will assist with clinical procedures, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and help manage patient flow to provide efficient and effective care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Patient Care: Assist the dentist during various dental procedures and radiographs while ensuring the patient's comfort throughout their visit.
• Instrument Management: Sterilize and prepare instruments and equipment for dental procedures.
• Treatment Preparation: Prepare and organize dental materials, instruments, lab cases, and consent forms.
• Patient Records: Update and maintain accurate patient records/notes and charts.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, explaining procedures and post-treatment care.
• Appointment Management: Help manage patient appointments and follow-up schedules.
• Clinical Support: Provide support to the dental team during procedures and help maintain a clean and organized clinical area.
• Infection Control: Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and sterile environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the front office and clinical team to ensure seamless patient care.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred.
• Certification from an accredited dental assisting program is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
• Experience with Oryx dental practice management software is a plus, or open to learning new one
• Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude.
• Coachable and growth oriented.
